The administrator of this site is committed to protecting the privacy and confidential information of Visitors, Members, Clients and users of the site.

This privacy policy discloses the types of information collected, how that information is used to grant access to confidential details on the various products, projects and properties presented through Datamatrix, and the restrictions on the dissemination of that information by Datamatrix. Any changes to the privacy policy are effective upon posting to the Datamatrix Web Site.

Every computer connected to the Internet is given a domain name and a set of numbers, that serve as that computer’s “Internet Protocol” IP address. When a visitor requests a page from any Web site within the Datamatrix Network of web sites our web servers automatically recognize that visitor’s domain name and IP address. The domain name and IP address reveal nothing personal about you other than the IP address from which you have accessed our site. We use this information to examine our traffic in the aggregate, and to investigate any misuse of the Datamatrix Network of websites, or to cooperate with law enforcement. Registration.

In order to access those areas within the Datamatrix web site where confidential and critical data are stored a user must first complete the registration/membership process. Successful registration will provide access to this critical information. When a Member is identified through a Login process to the site; then all Member Areas are automatically activated allowing immediate access to all data confidential only to Members.

During the registration process each user is required to give contact information (such as name and email address.) We use this information to contact the user about information displayed on our site for which the user has expressed interest. In order to provide a more personalized experience the Members are required to provide demographic information and unique identifiers (such as, username and password).

Information

Members and visitors seeking information from or through any source (such as linked material) not owned or controlled by Datamatrix, which are accessed or referenced directly or indirectly through the Datamatrix website, may knowingly or unknowingly provide information to the sponsors of those sites. The disclosure of that information will be subject to the privacy policies of those other sites, and not this privacy policy nor any agreement, expressed or implied, with Datamatrix.

Property Profiles.

Information on products, projects and properties may be posted on the Datamatrix website by a Listing Agent who has previously received the property, project, product owners consent.

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law when we have a good-faith believe that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order, or legal process.

Aggregate Information

When you sign up for a Datamatrix discussion forum, or Broker Chat room, your name or alias is recorded solely for purposes of maintaining your own account within the forums. This information is not used to monitor your activity within a forum, nor is it used to identify you outside the Datamatrix website.

When you use co-branded services, or those provided by a third party, within the Datamatrix website, your information may be passed to the co-brand or third party provider and their use of your information is subject to their applicable privacy policies.

Disclosure to third parties.

Datamatrix will disclose personal information and/or an IP address, when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to:
