Every computer connected to the Internet is given a domain name and a set of numbers, that serve as that computer’s “Internet Protocol” IP address. In order to access those areas within the Datamatrix web site where confidential and critical data are stored a user must first complete the registration/membership process. Successful registration will provide access to this critical information. When a Member is identified through a Login process to the site; then all Member Areas are automatically activated allowing immediate access to all data confidential only to Members.
During the registration process each user is required to give contact information (such as name and email address.) We use this information to contact the user about information displayed on our site for which the user has expressed interest. In order to provide a more personalized experience the Members are required to provide demographic information and unique identifiers (such as, username and password).
Information on products, projects and properties may be posted on the Datamatrix website by a Listing Agent who has previously received the property, project, product owners consent.
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law when we have a good-faith believe that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order, or legal process.
